Welcoming 2016!

We started off this year thanking the Lord for all He has done in 2015!  What a year!  We thought that a big move to Las Vegas from Ohio was our big adventure for the year...but instead, it was traveling half a world away to bring home a new son!  Amazing!

We had a great visit with our sweet Sarah and had to say goodbye to her on New Year's Day.  She loves being with her four little brothers so much and we enjoy having her.  She helped decorate gingerbread cookies and play in the snow.  And I loved being able to watch some girly movies with her at night after the boys went to bed!  We miss her!

One month ago today, Toby became our son!  It has been a busy, long month and we have a lot of adjusting to do still.  But we are grateful to be home in our cozy new house, enjoying winter to the fullest with at least a foot of snow on the ground since Christmas!  And today, we started back with our homeschooling - Toby's first day of school in America!

 We have really been enjoying the snow!  Today, it was a little warmer and the snow was perfect for making snowballs and building snowmen!

And the boys have had a lot of fun sledding, too!  There is a high school not too far from us that has a great sledding hill - not too steep, but steep enough to go pretty fast!  It is fun for all of us!

We love it here in Utah and look forward to all that the Lord has for us in 2016!!!
