Christ is Risen!

Our family makes a point to celebrate the season of Lent by focusing our hearts on Jesus and all that He has done for us.  This year, that meant reading aloud the wonderful book Amon's Adventure about a boy living in Jerusalem during the time of Jesus' ministry, crucifixion and resurrection, singing special hymns and celebrating our third Passover Seder to remind us of how Christ was our sacrificial lamb.

 We were blessed to be able to celebrate Passover with our dear friends from church, who feel more like family now!

 On Saturday the boys decorated a dozen eggs each.

 And on Sunday morning, we rejoiced in our Risen King and celebrated with a breakfast of Ukrainian Paska (Easter bread)!

 I am so grateful for my four handsome little men, who already love Jesus and know what Easter is truly all about!
