What a month this has been! Whew...so much has happened, we can hardly keep up with all of the changes in George's little life!
New things this month:
- four new teeth!!!
- enjoying small finger foods like Cheerios/feeding himself
- eating all types of baby food - veggies and fruit (sweet potatoes still the favorite)
- sitting up confidently on his own (seemingling overnight)
- doing a funny Georgie scoot/army low crawl/tummy spin to move all over the place
- loves to play with Jack's Matchbox cars (and anything else left on the ground)
- understands the word "no" and promptly gets a pouty lip and tears in the eyes upon hearing it! This came as a result of teeth (i.e. biting mama during nursing and hearing "No!") and getting into things he shouldn't because of his new mobility (like the powerstrip BEHIND the TV console!)
- enjoying bobbing head, shaking foot and patting hand to music or when happy
- as of right now, seems to be dominantly using his left hand to reach for things, feed himself and pat things
He is still our sweet, smiling boy - making us all laugh with his antics, grabbing onto whatever Mama is reading at the time (you'll spot two books in the montage!), and thoroughly enjoying spending time with big brother Jake and big sister Sarah!
What a month...slow down, little boy! Remember...you are our baby!
We love him so much - what a gift from our Lord! He blesses us each day.
Love and hugs,
Meyer crew - JKJSJG

I can't believe how precious pounding on a pillow can be!!Georgies little improvised scoot is a hoot! His smile lights up the room...and his laugh is uniquely his own...similar but deeper than Jacks! Love watching...can't wait to squeeze those chubby legs in person...Hugs to all. Miss you so much! Hugs and Kisses...Tutu K
Loved watching all those videos, we can't wait to meet this cute cousin of ours. So precious, slow down George until December at least!!
kiCalvin and I loved watching the montage. Calvin didn't move and laughed with George and the football. He even tried to say Georgie after you said it in one of the videos.
sorry for the extra letters I didn't see Calvin sneak that in there :) I guess he wanted to say hi too
SO precious! He is getting so big! Him eating the football made me laugh out loud :) Can't wait to meet him!!!
Love George's version of an army crawl. Mia and I laughed with the football video. Too cute... Love how he seemed to look away to see if anyone was watching and then do it again.
