Well, Jack's recovery has been a tough process up until today. You take a strong-willed child, add terrible pain and refusal to swallow pain medicine...and you have a really tiring situation. The poor little guy got very little sleep his first two nights home, but thankfully, he slept almost through the night on day three and has been mostly acting like himself today. The struggle now is to keep him from fully exerting himself and not giving him his beloved orange juice! Thank you to all of you who have been keeping us in your prayers!
Our friends stopped by to visit Jack and his little buddy Nate brought him a card and a popsicle. Then all four boys enjoyed interacting and pausing for a popsicle break!
The boys decided to make a comfortable spot to watch a movie from...with all the pillows from Mom's bed!
During the day when Jack has taken long naps, George wanders around the house missing his brother. I captured this video of him being naughty....trying to go wake Jack up.

That video is TOO FUNNY! Oh my word George is so cute. As for Jack, your previous post on his surgery made me cry!! He looked so pitiful :( Glad he is feeling better now. Praying for you!
