Happy Valentine's Day and George's Fourth Month

One year ago today, we announced on our blog that we had a new "little love" on the way! George has been part of our lives for a little over a year now, and how he continues to bless us!

This month, despite a stomach bug and respiratory cold, was full of smiles for our Gentle George, as you'll well see in the video montage.

He is honestly the happiest baby I've ever seen. (We haven't met cousin Gracie yet, but we bet the two of them have a lot in common!) George LOVES his big brother more every day and has actually started to roll over and search for him when he wakes up from his naps. And speaking of rolling...he is all over the place! Seemingly overnight, our little guy learned to roll right from his back to his tummy like he'd always done it! Now it is back and forth and wiggling over to try to get to Jack's Hotwheels cars!

We don't have our four month check up until the 22nd, so we'll have to wait on the physical statistics....but let's say that when we took him in on February 2nd for his cold, he weighed 19 lbs 2 oz! I can't wait to see how long he is. He is wearing size 4 diapers and 6-9 month clothes. On another note, his hair has taken on a distinctly auburn hue...almost red in the sunlight! His dimples are more prominent...probably with all the smiling he is doing.

All in all, he remains our "little love" and is a joy to all of us. We hope that you are blessed this Valentine's Day with the love of the Lord, your families and friends!
