Summer Update: Part III - Sarah!

While we only got her for a month this summer, due to her status as a working young adult, we had wonderful four weeks with Sarah!  She comes into our home and family as if she's never been away and the boys jump right in on both loving her and teasing her as any good little brothers would do!

We enjoyed seeing some of the local beauty, taking a trip to Midway, Utah up north and spending time together at home.

We also spent a lot of time at the high school track and the town cemetery, where Josh worked with Sarah on running!  In one month she made tremendous progress and reached her goal of running the mile in a half in the time she would need to qualify for an ROTC scholarship, if that is the route she chooses for college!  We were so proud of her!  The whole family got into running and exercising together - it was great!

Since Sarah is finishing high school this year and looking ahead to college, we had the privilege of taking her on her first college tour at Southern Utah University!  What a joy to be included in a small way in this very big decision she is going to have to make in the coming months.  We are all praying for wisdom for her (and hoping she decides SUU is the college campus for her! :-) )

We had to send her back to Pennsylvania far sooner than we wanted to, but we savor the time we had with her and hope she has lots of love and memories to last until the next time we are together!
WE LOVE YOU, SARAH!
