Josh's cousin Megan got married on Saturday evening and we were so happy to be a part of the celebration. Grandma Barb, Aunt Maddie, the kids and I headed down to Kentucky on Friday and had the chance to spend Saturday morning with Megan's sister Kirsten and her family - Ajay, almost-three-year old Keteaonk and six month old sweetie Xochitl. (Their dad is a member of the Shinnecock Indian tribe of Long Island, NY, so their names have special meanings in his language.) Jake, Sarah and Jack have all decided they want a baby sister of their own! All four kids could not get enough of her...even Jack consistently held her little hand while we walked around on the Ohio river front. We enjoyed a nice lunch, took our car on a ferry across the river (Jack was in heaven!), had ice cream at an old 1950s soda shop and played at a park....all before taking a quick nap and heading to the wedding that night! We all really enjoyed our cousin time and had a wonderful time at the lovely, garden-party style wedding!
(Because Josh couldn't join us, I'm making sure to include pictures of the wedding and even a taste of the wonderful Bluegrass band that played during the reception!)

Just caught up on your last two posts. What precious family time! The picture of Jack and George holding hands was almost too much for me. Could they be any cuter??
